Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had a replacement pump on his truck. He installed the new pump, adjusted the drain hose and ran the washer through a cycle.

I called and spoke with Minnie (I believe that's correct!) on Tuesday the 12th of this month. She was very pleasant and took down all the info regarding what was going on with the dryer, my name, address, etc. and told me that the repair tech would come the next day, Wednesday 11/13/13, between 1 and 3 pm.
Sure enough, Adam arrived at 1:30. He drove up in a nice-looking white Ford van with some logos and the name of the company on it. When he got out, he looked me square in the eye with a smile, introduced himself and shook my hand. He was neatly groomed and made a great appearance.
I took him to the laundry room, which is a tight fit, but he said it was no problem at all. He listened to my description of what had happened and set right to work on the dryer. First thing he checked was if the vent was blocked on the outside, which it wasn't, and he pulled some dried lint out of there.
Then he tested the voltage into the dryer, and began testing components, finding that the fuse was open, so he told me what the repair would run and when I agreed, he went to the van to see if he had the parts on board.
Lucky me - he DID! So he went about replacing the fuse and the high-limit thermostat, as they come packaged in pairs (which I already knew from doing some internet shopping when I THOUGHT I might be able to fix it myself!) and before long - my dryer was working!
Adam also spent a good deal of time cleaning out the inside of the dryer cabinet, including the lint trap, and showed me how I could do that occasionally.
I wrote the check, Adam thanked me, and off he went.
I would not hesitate to call Adam for any appliance repair. He told me he does refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, microwaves, etc. I was very pleased with everything. The only very minor complaint I might have is that the repair ran a little more than expected, but then - what doesn't these days? :)

We decided to replace our washer and dryer set because our washer had been making occasional squeeking noises and we wanted to swith to a gas dryer; so we bought a new washer/dryer online and had them shipped to our house. I called Adam the evening they arrived, and he arrived, as scheduled, the next afternoon. He started by checking out the old washer, and advised that it was in good order. He then removed the old set and installed the new one. He was knowledgable, professional and respectful. We will definitely call him from now on whenever we need work on any of our large appliances.

ATS serviced my refrigerator that was not working properly. Upon punctual arrival, Adam diagnosed the problem and promptly started fixing it. although it involved removal of a large amount of ice from a very inconspicuous places. All was repaired in a breeze and the work area cleaned in no time. I strongly recommend anyone to trust ATS for any appliance repair. If you think that quick, honest and service with a smile is a thing of the past call ATS and see how it was in the good old days.

They were very good. I called him and they came out and gave me an estimate, he was very prompt with that. He told me how much it was going to be, ordered the parts and was back out that week to repair it. He repaired my daughters stackable washer and dryer and cleaned out the dryer. The price was excellent.

It is one guy and his name is Adam Stevens. He did the work and he followed up quickly. He came back and installed the new parts as soon as they came in. We were very pleased with his work. His prices were quite reasonable. We kept his card and we would use him again.

Adam was able to see us withing a few days. He seems to know what is usually wrong with our appliances when we describe the issue. On this particular visit and pulled to part out, found a replacement (unfortunatly the whole motor), gave us suggestions on problem areas of our dishwasher (using Glisten every other month to get rid of hard water build up), and installed part in two days. Five days later a funny noise came from it as it was running and he came out the next day. It was coming from the part he fixed and he found a piece of plastic from a child's straw and somehow made its way into the chopper area. (I didn't know dishwashers had chopper blades) He was extremely professional, quick, honest, and charges fairly. We use him exclusively and therefore didn't charge us for the follow-up visit, I believe.
