I sub-hire screened labor when needed, and coordinate and subcontract plumbing, electrical, countertop fabrication, and part of the cabinetry fabrication if needed aiming for an artistic result in the least time possible. It favors the austere approach of modern trends yet this style was developed a couple of hundred year ago, here in America. I'd like to add that the cabinet components we ordered (like drawers and doors) were made here in California. That means we employed American labor. Even the plywood for the boxes was made here in the West Coast. I loved designing this kitchen with you guys, from the CAD drafts to the custom features and finishes. It was a great experience."
