TERRIBLE!!!  NO RESOULTION AND I'M OUT A TOTAL OF $2800!!  for both inferior spas!!!!!!

This is the second time I have had issues with the company but I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves, which subsequently was a poor choice. They charged me $200 to inspect my spa for the issues it was having. I was told that they had parts on hand to repair the spa so I expected it to be done while he was there. I thought it was a thermostat repair and he said it would be an $800 repair for the thermo-pack and never repaired anything. He never gave me a receipt and left.  After he left I found that there was a frayed wire that needed to be repaired. When I called and said that he hadn't done any work and I wished to not be charged they wouldn't budge.  I expected him to come back and change the one wire because I was charged $200 initially and figured it would cover the ensuing repair.  When I talked to the manager Tim Kelly he said no and that it would be another charge of labor and parts for him to come out for a repair.  When I said I didn't think that was fair he said I had 30 seconds to make a decision because he didn't have time to deal with my complaint.  He was very rude and I should not have been charged for work that was not done. My next step is going to the BBB.
