Fred is so awesome and his brother Ed also very nice. They do the very best to offer A+ service and they delivered. No only were they the best priced but with better quality than others for $1000.00 less. Was amazing and there so nice. Two installers did a great job and very nice and quick to do the job. This is an incredible family owned been in business for years company. Two brothers run it and can't say enough about them. Will use them from here on as the service was exquisite. Have pictures to show how beautiful there work is and looks so nice in the rooms. Also the softest carpet I ever felt. Love this company!! Love my carpet!!!

They were very professional and on time! They worked very well and made sure that we were aware of all the cost associated with the project. They walked us through everything from beginning to end to make sure we qualified for everything and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely go back if we have any other flooring needs.

Fred and Ed Bair were very gracious and patient with us as we chose the type of flooring we wanted. They allowed us to take home samples repeatedly until we were sure of our choices. They provided helpful advice and information through the process. The work crews that installed the laminate and the carpet were friendly and professional. We are thrilled with the result and can't imagine using a different company in the future.

Fred was very professional and responsive. We were remodeling and he worked around our schedule to the exact day we needed him to install. We had another local company bid the project, but it was almost 50% more for the same product and they were not as responsive. Bair had samples to my door within a few days and caled with an estimate hours after measuring. The carpet is beautiful and very well done. The staircase carpet is patterned and they did a great job keeping it straight and perfect. I will definitely call Bair again if I need anything in the future.

This is the second time we have used Bair for our flooring needs.  Last March (2013) we replaced our carpeting and because of the excellent job they did then, when we needed the vinyl, we didn't think of anyone else.  We had had a water blockage and backup which prompted our decision to replace at this time.  We went to Bair an choose our flooring, and Tom steered us to exactly what we wanted.  Fred (one of the owners) was at our house the next day to do the exact measures and give us a final price.  We signed the contract but stipulated that we needed to have the washer and dryer moved out so the plumber could correct the situation. Tim (the installer) came the next morning and moved them out of the way.  
The following Thursday Tim arrived right on time and went to work.  He finished the next day and replaced the washer and dryer.  In doing so, he also attached a sleeve to the dryer to increase the efficiency.  Just this simple thing (I think it was 5 bucks at Home Depot) had cut the drying time an average of 10 minutes per load!  He also took care to align them and as an added benefit, they are now much more level (less shimmy when spinning).
As far as price is concerned, when we replaced the carpet, we went to 5 different carpet stores (some local, some chain) and could not find anyone lower or with the selection that Bair has.
Can't say enough good things about this company, their employees and contractors.
