The Zimmerman team perform quite well. They said what they were going to do....and were timely, punctual and professional in doing it. Our house is a two-story with a relatively high pitch roof featuring peaks, valleys and a few challenging areas. They paid strong attention to all the details and understood and focussed on the specific challenging areas of concern.

Neighbors have been very complimentary of the look of the new roof and gutters. We're very pleased with the work and look as well.

During the first rainstorm after Zimmerman's installation of our new roof (just 2 months after installation), we experienced a major leak which caused damage on both the first and second floors of our home. We immediately contacted Zimmerman who said it could not possibly be their issue. After desperately requesting help, they reluctantly agreed to come over, but shortly thereafter called back and refused to assist. As a result, I had to contact an emergency restoration company who was able to find another roofing company to come and stop the leak before more damage was done. Since this incident, we have attempted to resolve this issue directly with Zimmerman, but to no avail. Zimmerman has also refused to participate in Better Business Bureau (BBB) arbitration after numerous attempts by the BBB to get Zimmerman to participate. In addition, over the past 5 months, the paint on nearly all of the vents and much of the flashing has peeled off, exposing unsightly metal surfaces. The quality of work was poor; the responsiveness when there was an issue was non-existent; the professionalism to resolve this issue is completely absent.

The foreman of our roofing crew was very polite and never got impatient with my elderly mother who thought we were having a tea party! She interrupted his work pretty often with offers of cookies and coke for the workers. Each extra problem they found was reported to me immediately so that I could OK the added cost. Total added costs were so minimal as not to be bothersome. The work crews each day worked steadily and the job only took 4 days (for a pretty complicated roof and separate double garage). Best of all, neither the gardener nor any of my 3 dogs have stepped on any roofing nails! All in all, a very good experience.

We were not impressed with their work. We had to wait for a long time as they got busy. So it got delayed by the time work began. They sent some people to execute the work and made huge mess both inside and outside the attic. They never fully cleaned up the mess. The way they cut the roof line, it messed the gutter which needed to be repaired. It was just a sloppy job.

Robert's bid to repair the roof was half of the next closest bidder. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job. He even gave me before and after digital photos of the repaired areas so I could easily see the finished product. I would highly recommend him for any roof repairs you may have.

They were prompt, did what they told me they were going to do for the right price, cleaned up after themselves and just did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were good. I called Angie's List for roofers and they were among the list. I thought they were very good about telling me all the different options and were very nice. They left everything in good order and I was happy with their work.

The problem was repaired in the fall of 2006 and although the rainy season was not severe, there has been no repeat of leakage. Repair was completed within the time span promised.

Excellent!!! Finished in three days, cleaned up job site. Two small details needed attention. They sent someone out in two days, fixed, no questions asked. I saw several other jobs they were doing in my area, watched progress, liked the results, went to their web site, liked they had letters from past customers. Salesman was not pushy. I shopped four other companies, prices were higher and lower. Be careful, some companies have no insurance and or don't get building permits. Zimmerman gives you extra 30 days to pay if you leave their sign up. Ask for their coupons too.

Overall, the service was very good and the work was done promptly and well. The first crew removed our television antenna and then they were unable to replace it. We had to hire another company to do it, as their company was unable to replace it. Zimmerman agreed to let us deduct the cost of the antenna replacement from the payment required.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FAST AT GETTING THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND COMMUNICATED WELL. THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH FOR HOW SMALL THE ROOF IS BUT THE JOB WAS WELL DONE.

THEY WERE A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATE GETTING STARTED. ONCE THEY GOT HERE, THEY GOT THE JOB DONE FAIRLY QUICKLY. I AM WAITING TO SEE HOW IT HOLDS UP ONCE IT RAINS.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME. THEY CAME ON TIME AND WERE CLEAN LOOKING. THE COMPANY IS VERY RESPECTABLE AND CAME TO ME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND DID WONDERFUL WORK.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB REPAIRING MY ROOF. IT NO LONGER LEAKS AND I THINK THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINTS BEFORE GETTING STARTED ON THE ROOF.

WE GOT MANY ESTIMATES AND COULD NOT GET A LOWER BID FOR THE TILE THAT WE WANTED. THE SALESMAN WHO GAVE US THE BID WAS QUITE ARROGANT AND HAD A PERSONALITY DISORDER. WORKERS LEFT CIGARETTE BUDS AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.
