+ -1 moreOver the past few years the level of service has declined - the crew only "mows and blows" and they are only at my place for 10 minutes per week. The landscaping has begun to get overgrown, trees are dying and weeds are not pulled until they are huge. Also, when I try to get additional services done (such as the clean up of the landscaping, fertilizing, aeration, etc) I cannot get them done. This year has been the worst - I get "promises" of dates these services will be done but they pass without any contact or rescheduling. I will likely begin looking for another lawn care service.
Description of Work: I have been a customer of David Zavala's for years - his crew does basic lawn care services (mows front lawn and general clean up of landscaping in front and back).

+ -1 moreI used this landscape service for many years. The service is fine for the price, however every year there are billing problems. I ended the service because of the continual lack of professionalism and confusing billing practices.
