My property manager said that Mr. Zapata's work is excellent. He recommended the color, which makes my rental look
elegant. The paint job is much better than expected. Mr. Zapata is professionally responsive and he pleasantly answered all my questions before he started. The property manager said that Mr. Zapata did much better than other painters and went beyond the call of duty. He even repaired a hole in the bathroom wall that I didn't expect him to do. I'm told by my manager that he made my place look special and new, like it was painted for the first time and the house is 75 years old. This is a great compliment to Mr. Zapata because my property manager is also an artist and has a good eye for beauty. I'm grateful to him for doing the work honestly and fairly because I'm 2500 miles away. The property manager said that his price was the same as other painters, but his work is superior.
From the minute I called Mr. Zapata for the estimate to the finish, everything went smoothly and perfectly. The only very minor exception to this was the emailing the pictures of the work. They came in a strange format and I couldn't open them. I'm sure he will email them soon in a normal format as this painter is very responsible. I'm in New York and the house is in Sacramento.
I plan to have this painter come back and do the back and sides of my house. I wouldn't hire anyone else for painting. His work is wonderful.
