Eugene surpassed our expectations for this project. He was honest, pragmatic, and said what he was going to do, then did it in a workmanlike manner. We received bids for this project that ranged between $2200 and $5000, with solutions that varied wildly in complexity to match the bids. Eugene suggested a practical, no nonsense solution, that saved hundreds of dollars from the lowest bid. He demonstrated, in more ways than I can articulate in a review, his competence as an electrician. He arrived on time, communicated his progress, was personable, then cleaned up at the end of the job leaving no trace of any work debris. If the scale were 0 to 10 on our overall satisfaction, we’d give Eugene an 11.
