Excellent company. Good selection, price and quality right. Family business for like 100 years or something. They answered questions and the carpet is wonderful.

Adam was very patient and helpful to help me decide on the type of carpet to use. He also recommended a very good installer for me. The new carpet looks great after installation!

These are very helpful and very nice people. Even the bookkeeper lady I spoke to on the phone was fun and on-the-ball. We wandered into the warehouse on the advice of a friend, who said we could get crazy deals on remnants. It's true - they've got remnants like you wouldn't believe at great prices. But it turned out we needed more carpet than even their remnants could cover.
So we explored the new carpet rolls with Scott, who was happy to cut off a bunch of samples for us to take home and compare with the colors in our house. We made a decision and were able to place the order over the phone - no need to drive back to the warehouse. The beauty part is they maintain a box of business cards from installers. They work with these installers all the time, and can tell you who does the best work and even who charges what. They gave us a card from Carter Unruh (916.439.3301) and we had him give us an estimate. He was so obviously capable (has a brain, can form complete sentences, answered every question we had and some we hadn't thought of) we didn't even bother getting other bids. It turned out fantastically - having your house carpeted can be a major pain in the rear, but we got a great deal and great service. Thanks Wood Bros. and Carter!
