John met me at my rental. He was on time and was very professional. He looked at the layout, window and door openings and discussed in detail about the different types of systems and monitoring packages that were available. There was never a "hard sell". John asked a number of questions to get a good understanding of my security needs, then educated me on my options. He gave me a number of different product choices, monitoring options and monitoring companies, then helped me make an informed decision. His tech, Eduardo, came out the following week and installed my system. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable about the system and professional.
John followed up a few weeks later to see how everything was going. John was knowledgeable and helpful...not once did I feel like I was just another sale/commission. My experience with John, Edwardo and West One Security exceeded my expectations.
