They had my reverse mortgage through in 30 days. The employee's name is Esther Fuller and she's just wonderful. I didn't meet anybody so professional and so well versed in their line of work. She was so good; I sent a letter to the president of the company. She comes to you and she's got everything ready. She brings the paperwork ahead of time and goes over all the pertinent sections. She brought her own person who does the closing and notarizing and everything like that. They have no origination fee like the other companies. Their interest rate was just a little bit higher, but because you weren't paying any points, it came out to be much better.

My wife and I were 100% satisfied with the service we received. Marlena Olson and her assistant Joann Brosnan handled every part of our loan process from application to funding. I simply cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. They were friendly, professional, punctual and above all, honest and straight forward.
