I contacted the owner, Doug, by telephone. He contacted Landice and confirmed that the treadmill was still under the Landice lifetime parts warranty. He indicated that he would have to inspect the treadmill in order to determine the repairs required, and provided details of the cost of the initial visit. He was prompt, and provided text messages when he was expecting to arrive and when he was enroute. His inspection was thorough and professional, and he ordered the parts while he was still on site. He provided a firm fixed price for the repairs. He advised us when the parts arrived, and arranged to repair the treadmill within 2 working days of the parts arrival. As before, he was prompt, on time and provided text messages detailing when he was leaving and estimated time on site. His work was professional, he ensured the work site was tidy before leaving and provided helpful advice for routine maintenance and care of the machine. He was true to his word, and the invoice reflected the price that he quoted.
I would recommend him to anyone requiring work on fitness equipment!
