Very personable sales rep.; showed window samples and took window measurements.(offered secondary payment choice using SMUD/approx. $40 a month attached to my monthly SMUD utility bill. Rep had SMUD paperwork on hand and offered help, if needed to complete it). I choose direct payment, used own funds. Love my windows, Love my price paid ($3,797)complete with warranty!).

THE WORK WAS DONE VERY EFFICIENTLY, PROFESSIONAL & QUICKLY. ALL THREE WORKERS WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL & NEAT. THEY DID MORE THAN WAS REQUIRED. THIS COMPANY WAS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE OF OTHERS THAT BID THE JOB.

THE COMPANY WAS OUTSTANDING. I WAS SKEPTICAL BECAUSE THEY ARE BASED IN SACRAMENTO, BUT THEY DID THE WINDOWS BEAUTIFULLY AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THEM DELIVERING ON THEIR PROMISES. WHILE WE HAD TO SCHEDULE FOR THEM TO INSTALL SEVERAL WEEKS IN ADVANCE, THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE SLIDING DOOR IS ESPECIALLY NICE AND IT REALLY KEEPS OUT THE STREET SOUND. THE WORKERS WERE SUPER POLITE AND VERY RESPECTFUL. I RECOMMEND THEM. SEVERAL OF MY NEIGHBORS ALSO USED VIEW MASTERS AND THEY ALL SEEM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
