We have the best service. If we're up in the mountains and my Verizon was the only one that would work. They have good reception. I was in Florida and my phone stops working. So, I went to Verizon store and I think I would get a replacement and they're like they haven't seen the phone for a long time because my phone was antique. So, they moved all the contacts to another phone with another problem. We've been on nothing else but Verizon

I was not happy with them at all. I could not use my cell phone at home at all. I could not get reception at all at home for some reason. I do not know whether it is because I am close to three hospitals or what. I could not make a phone call so it defeated the purpose. So I got in touch with the contractors and switched back. I had another provider then I had Verizon then I went back to the other provider. I have heard they have the largest coverage area but that was not true for me. It was miserable. So better make sure that the phone works in the areas that one need to get reception. I would check that first and then be able to return and cancel my plan if it did not work.

We've been with them for a long time. We get a good deal because I am a government employee. We get a 15% discount so the price is reasonable.

I am very happy with them. I have been with them for years. I really like that they put you on a list and call you back when it is your turn. They are good with their system.
