They were not only punctual but called to ask if they could arrive early. I had way more tile than the "deal" specified and they gave me a very fair price to do it all. I was very satisfied with the results and the professionalism of the 2 gentlemen who did the job. I will use them again.

Rod paid careful attention to details, thoroughly removing carpet stains. The completed job was excellent, and Rod offered to return if we found any problem with his work. I'd use this service again and recommend it to family and friends.

It went very well. The technician was punctual, friendly, and discussed with us in detail what he was doing. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. The technician told us that heavy stains in two areas may not come completely clean and if they didn't, he'd come back and administer a different treatment. Once the carpet dried out, some residual staining was still apparent. The technician returned within a few days and successfully removed the residual staining at no extra charge. We were very satisfied with his work and the Chem-Dry process seemed to be very effective. Five months later the carpets still look great.

I last used this company to do the carpet cleaning in my home last month. These guys did a really good job. There were three rooms and the hallway that needed to be done. The men who came were straightforward and did the work efficiently and professionally. The price was excellent as was the quality of their work. I will definitely be using them again for my carpet cleaning.

Abby is a very sweet and understanding person. The staff is very professional and friendly. I appreciate the effort that the staff put into cleaning my carpeting. I have used them many times and I am planning to call them pretty soon.  I like that they don’t soak the carpets with steam and get the floors wet. They do a good job cleaning and it dries quickly.  

I have had them for years.  I believe Abby answers the phone.  What I like is that they are quick.  I can call them today they will be here on Monday.  If they are not busy, they would come tomorrow.  It's dry stuff.  He rakes and squirts the carpet.  Then he uses the machine with the really fat thick moppy thing.  He dries the area that he has just done and he flips the moppy thing over.  When both sides are used up, he gets a new one.  I love it.  He does an excellent job.  I have been using him for at least 10 years.  His price depends on the size.  Sometimes I don't have my son's room cleaned because nobody lives there.  When people are coming from out of town, I have the room cleaned.  I just trust them very much and like them very much.  I don't stay with people that I don't appreciate.  They don't try to pull the wool over my eyes.  There are stains in my carpet.  They explain why they are there and I can totally understand why they are there and I can totally understand why they won't come out but that's not their fault.  The new baby came 4 months ago and I had the carpets cleaned.  He wasn't crawling and he still isn't crawling but I just wanted everybody to know that the carpets were clean when the baby was born.  I used to have them come every 6 months because I had a stainmaster carpet and I wanted it to be as nice as mother's was.  She had the same carpet for 40 years.  But then I ran out of money so they only come when I need them.  They will probably come again in July or I will have them come out right before when the baby starts to crawl.  

THE MAN WHO CAME OUT WAS ON TIME AND SEEMED NICE. HE CLEANED THE AREAS NEEDED. HE EVEN DID THE ARMS ON A COUCH WE HAVE HAD LIKE FOREVER. HE DID NOT BRING THE MACHINE ALL THE WAY IN HOUSE, WHICH WE LIKED. THAT WAS DIFFERENT FROM USUAL WHEN WE HAVE HAD CARPETS CLEANED IN PAST.
