The project turned out good. My only concern is that they were going to email my paid receipt, which I still don't have. I would refer them to my neighbors. They were right on time.

After I called, the staff was very responsive and scheduled my job within 2 days. The worker volunteered to do other jobs, such as cleaning the cob webs from the outside of the house. Some jobs, such as cleaning my patio chairs, he volunteered to do, but I had to remind him and then had to clean myself.

When we schedule our days we try to make it so each one of our clients gets the quality service and time they deserve. We encourage our team to go out of there way to give quality service. I would suggest that the next time one of our team members are out to your home and they offer to give you additional services at no extra cost to you, you could have them write it on the ticket so they don't forget. When they offer "free services" it is on their own time. They do not get paid for any extra free services they provide."

Was thrilled with the results. Had a particularly dirty kitchen floor. "Cowboy" said he would do his best and I said anything would be better than what it looks like now. Well, he got it looking like new. I'd forgotten how nice the flooring is. Super pleased with cleaning job. Would highly recommend them!!

They were very efficient. I had a lot of things that needed to get done in order to prepare for my daughters wedding, and they were able to take care of it all. They were lovely and easy to work with. I was very happy and would highly recommend!
