About us
Upstage Staging Company specializes in color consultation, de-cluttering, landscaping recommendations, furniture and decor placement, accessorizing and modernizing the home. At every available opportunity we first use the client's existing furnishings to transform an occupied home. We will provide rental furniture, accessories and artwork to those who have vacant homes. Ultimately our goal is to create a buyer-friendly home with the most 'wow factor' and the least amount of investment for the client.

Focal Points, Home Staging Consultation A consultation is required before any work can be performed in your home, and Flow (this is not an actual Staging session). The walk-through generally lasts from 60 to 90 minutes., or a report can be written up. An overall assessment of your home will be given, playing up the positive features of your home as well as de-emphasizing the negative features. We will also include verbal suggestions on improving First Impressions
