Since I have a Volvo, I use Turner for all of my regular services and most repairs.  They are professional and have a shuttle service to and from downtown, which makes it convenient.  They did inaccurately assess a problem one time in the past, which caused significant delay in getting back my car; however, I find them honest and usually on time. 

We were pleased with our experience purchasing our van from Turner Volvo.  We didn't initially plan on purchasing the car that day, so we had brought our young kids with us to look at the car.  They were very understanding and accommodating to our children during the whole process.  Our youngest was WAY passed their nap, and I was getting overwhelmed, so I took the kids home while my husband took care of the paperwork.  They followed him home when they were done so I could sign the papers from home.

The staff is very nice there and one time I took it in for one thing and they fixed it and then I had to take it back to them to fix it again.  They gave me a credit because it was within the year.  The price is high, and sometimes the quality leaves a little to be desired.  I will use this dealership again for my car repairs in the future. 

I spent $451.83.  I have been using them since the beginning and it is an old car.  They are definitely not cheap, but are extremely convenient.  It seems like sometimes they take a little longer than necessary.  One time I had the transmission go out and   it took several days to repair it.  They picked up the tab and everything was satisfactory from that stand point.

Everything was excellent. Turner Volvo is courteous, professional, and I would highly recommend them.

After a front end collision in which the airbags deployed, I took my Volvo to the dealership from which I had purchased it, Turner Volvo. Pervious sales and service visits with Turner Volvo had been reasonable to good experiences. After Hayes Brothers Collision Repair fixed the auto body and related damage, they sent it to Turner Volvo for repair of dealership related issues with the computer system, airbags, steering column, alarm, hood latch and related systems. Hayes Brothers estimated that this repair would likely require 3-5 days when they wrote the initial work order. Turner Volvo returned the car as fixed 2 or 3 times to Hayes Brothers; Hayes Brothers found it failed quality control inspection twice and returned it to the dealership twice for additional repairs. After 2 weeks, I became concerned about the delays; Pat at Hayes Brothers patiently explained that he had no control over the dealership and its lengthy delays. Frustrated, I called the dealership and spoke with Mr. Greg Martz, the service manager. Mr Martz told me that he was not aware of the situation with my car and her promised to call me back after researching it. After one week of no contact from Mr. Martz, I went unannounced to Turner Volvo in person to investigate the delay. I confronted Mr. Martz who admitted that he did not call me back; when asked for a reason, he said that Hayes Brothers would call me back. I was frankly enfuriated by the lack of professionalism, responsiveness and indifference to the long delays in receiving my repaired car. I filed a formal complaint with Volvo North America. I would avoid utilizing Turner Volvo for any Volvo service needs. The ethical integrity and responsibility of Mr. Martz is frankly less than the intergity of used, wet toilet paper. Mr. Martz's lack of responsiveness and lack of concern placed undue burdens on me to find alternative transportation for the 25 + days longer than this repair should have taken.

I have been seeing Turners since 1986 and am very happy with their excellent quality of work and I have always had a pleasant outcomes with my visits. We are a bit disappointed though that with staff changes in the last couple of years as they seem to be a bit less attentive now and a bit uncertain about procedures and care.

THE PRICE WAS GREAT. THE RIP WAS REPAIRED WITH NO NOTICE OF A RIP BEING THERE PRIOR. THE TURNER VOLVO STAFF ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND PROVIDE GREAT QUALITY OF WORK.
