Fine. The large tree was removed in about 5 hours with a crew of 3.

As someone who has experienced them working on trees at the house I rent and the neighbors they are the worst in customer service ever. They tossed logs onto our lawn while working on the neighbors yard. They demand, not ask, that you move all the cars in the street and driveways and will cry to their boss refusing to work until said vehicles are moved so they don't have to walk an extra 5 feet.

All of the jobs went very well. Their workers were very efficient and courteous and did all of the work very well. Their arborist also was very knowledgeable about the tree species I have and whether or not my trees should be removed due to disease or damage. We will use them again when we need future tree removal, tree trimming, or stump grinding work.

They did a good job. I am satisfied.

It was a rental property and I had to make sure I could trust them. They did exactly as I asked. They came highly recommended and I would echo that recommendation based on my experience. Quality work. They were backed up with a lot of work, so it took them quite a bit longer than I wanted but they finally committed to a date, they did it and it was fine.

The work was done very professionally. Cleanup was good. Crew chief was friendly and easy to work with. We have used them several times in the past and would do so again. We have recommended them to others. The only negative was that when the work had to be rescheduled due to an emergency, we found out by calling them; we would have preferred that they call us. We think this was a one-time problem; the other times they have been very punctual.

A team of 3 men arrived as scheduled, worked diligently at trimming and thinning, including climbing up in the tree to hand saw needed branches. They shredded all trimmings on location with their shredder, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am pleased.

The first team showed up and I turned on the sprinklers so they would know where they were. One guy started removing tree roots on one side of the yard. Another guy started "trimming" the tree. I went over to point out to the guy digging up the roots he was near a sprinkler, but it was too late...he'd already run over it. I worked with him on that problem. Meanwhile the other guy was "butchering" my tree. The arborist, Lew, and I had discussed verbally trimming the small dead branches and twigs, as well as the very low hanging branches. What I got was three huge limbs cut from the base of the tree that comprised most of the back side of the tree facing the street, as well as some smaller branches that made up the back of the tree. When I saw it, I was shocked and just wanted him to stop. He didn't stop right away, but I finally got him to stop. When they were carrying out the branches, they left a large scrape on my side garage door. I later called Tree Tech and set up an appt. for Lew to come out and  remove the stakes that had supported the tree when it was planted 20 years ago. He came and saw the tree and tried to console me by saying the smaller branches would grow back. I pointed out the huge limbs that had been cut and he didn't have any words for those, just that wanted to find out what team had done that. He would send out another team to finish the job including trimming the branches hanging into my neighbor's yard.
I didn't hear from Tree Tech and after 2 weeks I called them. I wanted an afternoon appointment and had to wait 2 more weeks to get one, but that was okay. I arranged the 1:00 time with my neighbor since we needed to go in her yard. The 2nd team showed up today in the morning....2 hours before their appointment time. They were insistent they couldn't work at 1:00 because it was going to be too hot, even though I argued with them about it and pointed out the time had been arranged with my neighbor..
They didn't listen to my neighbor's instructions well and her side was not cut to her wishes (she had gone back inside to work). I very closely supervised the trimming of my side. As he left he said: Sorry the first team butchered your tree. As it turned out, it was 80 degrees at 1:00 today and their work was almost exclusively in the shade where it would be even cooler. 80 degrees (less in the shade) is so hot that I had to disrupt my schedule and my neighbor's for them?
I used Tree Tech in 2014 and the men were very good and professional. I can no longer recommend them as the quality of workers and work this year was poor.

Excellent, arrived right on time, fast and very efficient, cleaned up the work area and completed the job in under two hours. Have used Tree Tech in the past and will definitely call them in the future. The best.

They were here when indicated and brought a crew of several individuals. Very professional in their demeanor and quick to get the job done. My husband swung by during their work and was impressed by the many individuals at work as well as the newness of their equipment. My husband was very impressed and urged me to write this review.
