Top Edge Pool Tile Restoration

Lousy. I guess they don't want to do any more business.

Our swimming pool had serious hard water scale deposits--built in 2001 and hadn't ever been cleaned in 12 years. I called and got a call back the same day. Rate quoted over the phone for average pool was $450. The owner, Ryan, showed up at the arranged date and time--very punctual and professional. He and his assistant got right to work. It took them about six hours from start to finish. Our area has very hard water so there was quite a bit of build-up. He told me that a "normal" job uses about a half a bag of material (very small glass beads), but our pool required 3 whole bags. He didn't charge me extra and didn't complain about the extra cost that he incurred in materials. He vacumned the material from the bottom of the pool and stayed longer to make sure that he got the material that was circulating in the pool system. He finished with a silicone protectant over the tile. I was very impressed with the time that he spent on getting it done right. The pool looks like new. I will be calling them again in a couple of years to keep the tile looking good.
