John is a licensed professional. He did a great job to replace my old sprinkler system and make some corrections on the sprinkler heads. He has come back several times as one station is not working right yet. He is always prompt and courteous and a really nice guy. Very importantly he takes responsibility and ownership for his work. Wow! What can I say. John Thompson came to our house and identified the problem very quickly. Within minutes he fixed everything. We also talked about other future projects. We will hire John again.

Missed his first appointment with me for the estimate but called later to apologize and made up for it buy doing an outstanding job at a fair price.

I only have a small space to make a comment so I will make it brief. Mr. Thompson has a couple of problems. 1. Customer service, he has too many irons in the fire with the county that he doesn't take his cutomers needs into hand. 2. He does not supervise his workers, they show up, work an hour or two and leave. 3. They do poor work, quickly and without care and an eye for details. He does a little extra like cut down some limbs etc and thinks he did you a big favor, a couple of bucks on an $8200 job, not done right isn't doing me any favors. The prep work, which is the most important, like in painting, was almost non existent. It wont last.
