Very friendly and accommodating worker. Charged me less than the estimate because he saw one chair was small. Charged less for the carpet cleaning than original estimate because I added on the couch and chairs. Also left me some spot remover. Love that it is environmentally safe and that there are no smells left. Plus, it made me tend to other cleaning as prep like cleaning drapes. Will definitely hire again. Plus they will send reminders and I waited way to long to do this.

The first time, The Specialists not only removed the pee stain almost completely, but also managed to remove an orange stain that we had previously had Mansour's carpet cleaning try to remove. Even though Mansour's had our carpet for over a month, they could not remove the stain, and charged over two hundred dollars. The Specialists were able to get most of the stain out for a reasonable price. Plus, they are very professional and pleasant.

He did a beautiful job. It was done quickly, professionally, and he did a great job.

Best service we have experienced. The carpets and the rooms turned out perfect. There were pet urine stains and we thought we would have to replace the carpet, but the stain and any remnant of order was removed.

James managed to restore my wool rugs to like new condition. The pile is lustrous and soft and the colors are clear and bright. No hint of urine odor, either. I will definitely use this service again and am pleased to recommend them to anyone.

He came on time and cleaned my two sofas like new.  I had to go to work, so he locked up the house on his way out.
