It was a good experience. Barbara was helpful, showing me many different fireplace options at the store and helping me choose the right one. They recommended an installer who delivered and installed the fireplace.

THE SALESMAN THAT CAME TO OUR HOME DID NOT SEEM LIKE THE 'SALESMAN' STEREOTYPE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND HELPED US TO DETERMINE WHAT WOULD BE BEST TO SUIT OUR NEEDS.
