Despite what I considered the high cost, I was worth it to have the job done right. Chimes work fine, clock works fine. Showed up on time and had genuine concerns that repairs were done right and clock performed the way it should. Definitely would recommend him.

I took a favorite little clock of mine in to be fixed as it stopped running. The Clock Doctor gave me an estimate and told me it would be done the following week. It was done on time and under the estimate.
