They completely messed up our loan and caused our house sale to fall through 48 hours prior to closing.  They missed a detail that they should have caught early on in the process which caused our house sale to fall through.  They would not return our calls for a week prior to our Tuesday closing.  We knew something was wrong.  Finally, two days before closing I called our broker (who was on vacation) and told him NO ONE would return our calls about our Thursday closing, including the person our broker said would be helping us close.  Finally we got a call at 5:30PM on Tuesday night (closing was two days later on Thursday), telling us that the loan fell through because at the last minute they found something that prevented the loan from going through.  We had granite cut for the new house on Tuesday afternoon.  We found out later that they discovered the error on the previous Friday and no one wanted to call us and tell us.  So meanwhile we had granite cut and were stuck with paying for granite cut for a house we had just lost.
We never recouped our money for the granite or the fact that our whole house was boxed up ready to move.  This company is sketchy and shady.  RUN!!!!!
