They were very good.  They were very careful to detail.

They moved our furniture for us. They were very professional and worked very fast. They gave us an estimate, which was a little bit off due to some changes we made in the process, but in the end it was fine.

They did a good job however it did seem like they rushed towards the end so they could get it all completed in one day. However, they did come back out to fix these areas. They were very responsive.

At the home show I requested a bid to paint our new home interior. They told us that they use Kelly Moore paint. They gave us a bid and showed us the Kelly Moore paint charts to picked our colors. After they started the job, we realized that they were not using Kelly Moore paint. I complained to Rich Stringfellow and he said that he picked the new band of paint because he thought it was the right one for the job. I told him that I knew that the substituted brand was cheaper and not as good from my experience. He used the cheaper and lower quality paint anyway. I feel that the job would have been much better if he had used the Kelly Moore paint. Per the contract 10% down and balance at completion. Asked for more from beginning after signing contract.

I LIKED THAT THEY EXPLAINED THEIR TECHNIQUES AND THE PAINT THEY USED. THEY WERE OPEN TO MY IDEAS AND GAVE ME MANY GOOD SUGGESTIONS. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THE HOUSE LOOKED WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
