David is a professional, witty, and funny guy. He upgraded my main and sub electrical panel for a great price. He took care of all the permits, scheduling, matetials and labor with his partner Francisco! Dave made it easy and comforting during the whole process. I wanted to have the electrical service panel replaced with a 125 amp service. SMUD the electrical utility company would not turn off the electricity to the panel unless the tree limbs that were interfering with the power cables were removed. The tree is on our neighbor's property that is managed by a property management service with little interest in helping us get this job done. David Neff stuck with the project through the painful process of getting the tree limbs trimmed. When he was allowed to do his work, he did it quickly and professionally, we were very happy with the result!
