The job turned out to be simple - water backing up in the sinks so the drain line needed to be cleaned out. Joe was great. Friendly, fast and gave me excellent advice on how I can keep all my drains clear with regular cleaning. I would definitely use Stilwell Plumbing again and highly recommend them!

To my surprise the plumber told me that the faulty Delta faucet part had a lifetime guarantee therefore I could order a replacement for free. He even gave me the Delta phone number to call. I appreciated his honesty. He could have withheld this information and charged me for the part himself, which he said that he had in his van. I decided to order the part myself. When the plumber started to leave he told me it was no charge even for the service call. I was surprised and insisted on paying him since he was honest and gave me useful information. Several week later, he came back and installed the part. I was very impressed with his honesty and skill.

I called them in the morning and they came the same day. They do an excellent job and are very professional throughout the entire process. I was very glad that they could come the same day and they are very good at what they do.
