+ -1 moreNOT GOOD took 8 days to repair truck, too long 7/20/20-7/28/20. When I got my truck back I was on job site noticed a trail, seen that it was my truck. I checked oil and was 2 gallons low, engine bay and complete undercarriage was covered with oil,axles, springs, wheelwells. Called Sue she ordered tow truck, she said sorry and she will have truck all cleaned up and fixed. 2 1/2 days later Sue calls me truck is done the mechanic didn't put new o-rings for the turbo when replaced the first time, not only did they not refill the motor oil the truck was dirty. NO WASH AND GREASY FINGERPRINTS ON FENDERS AND RUNNING BOARDS. STANDARD AUTO IN SACRAMENTO IS NOT THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE

+ -1 moreStopped in for free oil change which came with multipoint vehicle inspection to look for other areas to fix or charge for. It took about an hour and a half. I was happy once complete and that I got a free oil change and tire rotation. Well I started receiving all sorts of ad flyers in the mail within days of the service. It was very aggressive marketing which as a businessman I can appreciate! But it soon turned into a non-stop dump of junk mail. Also within a day or two of service I noticed oil on my driveway. It turned out to be a leak from the oil pan. A few weeks later I ended up having to take my car in (somewhere else) to have the oil changed again (not for free) just so I could keep the rest of the oil from leaking onto my driveway! To be fair I should have given them a chance to fix this issue, but was upset at the carelessness of not putting the oil plug back on properly. I probably would have gone back to use them again if it weren't for the fact I felt they were too focused on getting more business out of me than actually completing the oil change properly!
Description of Work: Offered a free multipoint vehicle inspection, tire rotation and oil change.

+ -1 moreThey are very pleasant, and they try to help you. One complaint; we have asked estimate for the breaks 3 times, and he as not responded. He has not called back yet.
Description of Work: We had a gas line that needed to be repaired. We had the car towed they and they fixed it.

+ -1 moreThey said that they would charge me a $98 service fee, but they were able to find the switch for the parking lights so they did not charge me the full fee. Their rates seemed reasonable, and I was happy with them.
Description of Work: They had sent me a coupon for a free oil change, and I had a problem with my parking light going on and not going off.
