It took about an hour and a half. I was happy once complete and that I got a free oil change and tire rotation.
Well I started receiving all sorts of ad flyers in the mail within days of the service. It was very aggressive marketing which as a businessman I can appreciate! But it soon turned into a non-stop dump of junk mail.
Also within a day or two of service I noticed oil on my driveway.
It turned out to be a leak from the oil pan. A few weeks later I ended up having to take my car in (somewhere else) to have the oil changed again (not for free) just so I could keep the rest of the oil from leaking onto my driveway!
To be fair I should have given them a chance to fix this issue, but was upset at the carelessness of not putting the oil plug back on properly.
I probably would have gone back to use them again if it weren't for the fact I felt they were too focused on getting more business out of me than actually completing the oil change properly!
