He refused to make a contract for his services and he refused to attach the dryer tube sealant back in place when he was finished painting. The brick work was not done properly as he did not place a sealant on it and the downspouts for the gutter system are loose. He did come recommended by neighbors so this was a surprise. He wanted to be paid in cash only. He wanted to charge me 17000 to paint the exterior but constantly kept changing the estimate. He did not finish one job before starting the next. He did not finish all of the work on the last day he was here.
