Stain Masters

He came 20 mins after the 2 hour window. Didn't use the products that were supposed to be used. The whole job was very spotty, definitely not satisfied. Overpriced for what I got. They did not do a thorough job.

My carpets, admittedly old, but they have been well maintained. On two separate occasions, and two different people, I had horrible experiences with trying to clean it. I know that they have a difficult job, but they showed little to know respect to my property and on one occasion, one of the men dropped a particularly heavy piece of equipment that could have cracked my floors. He said he was sorry, but didn't seem all that remorseful about. Just another day at work. He also dragged metal hoses that go from the truck to the carpets and carry the soap and liquid and neglected to put any kind of protective barrier on my deck, stairs, or walls. I know most other companies utilize tarps on wood services, and put foam on corners on the wall to prevent it from scratching. They did anything like that. After two trips, they still weren't done. Ultimately, I hired another company to come in and finish the work. I know people are not perfect, and one person doesn't necessarily make a bad company, but because both instances were so awful, I will never use them again.

They originally quoted me a price of about $90.00, but after they showed up they told me that the job was worse than they expected and ended up charging me more money.

Additionally, I told them I would be reporting to Angie's List.   When I spoke with Jim holmes on the phone to make the appointment I said that I was going to find someone on Angie's List.  Unfortunately, I did not do that.  Specials aren't always special.

I think the cleaning was done fine, I just felt that my ignorance of what it should have cost was taken advantage of.

Overall, it was a disaster. I would highly NOT recommend this company. I am going to have to call another company to undo this company's work. I don't think it is a company "per say". Looks like a franchise where they hire people who use their owns cars, etc. and possibly their own equipment. I was quoted a certain price by the "manager", but when the man came in, he said it would be $10.00 more because he used a "special" chemical and thus, the extra ten dollars. My carpet was exceptionally dirty, I do admit that, but now it looks worse than before. Also, I was told that they would move the furniture, but my husband and I had moved the Dining room chairs onto the patio, and I removed everything from furniture that should have been moved, which took a couple of days, but.. he never moved one piece of furniture. We were very, very disappointed. Will never, ever call them again!

THEY DID AN ABSOLUTELY FINE JOB. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL & ON TIME. THEY WERE ALSO VERY NICE & MOVED ALL OF MY FURNITURE FOR ME. I WAS VERY HAPPY THE WAY MY CARPET LOOKED WHEN IT WAS DRY.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY ITSELF WAS LOUSY. IF YOU KNOW THE INDIVIDUAL PERSONALLY WHO COMES TO DO THE WORK, IT WILL GET DONE, AND DONE WELL. IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE WORKER, THE STANDARDS DROP. THEY GET BUSINESS MAINLY BECAUSE OF THEIR LOW PRICES.

THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, WHICH WAS IMPRESSIVE IN AND OF ITSELF. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND FRIENDLY. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND THE JOB THEY DID. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE, SO I KNEW THAT THEY WOULD BE GOOD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. THEY ALSO CAME ON TIME.

THEY HAVE LOW PRICES AND WHENEVER THEY HAVE ANY DEALS GOING ON THEY WILL CALL US TO SEE IF WE NEED OUR CARPETS CLEANED. THEY DO HAVE PRETTY GOOD SERVICES AND WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST.

THEY WERE ON TIME. THE PEOPLE WHO CAME OUT WERE REALLY FRIENDLY. I AM PARALYZED AND THEY REALLY TOOK THEIR TIME WITH ME. THEY TALKED WITH ME AND EVEN LET ME WATCH WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY HAVE A FAIR PRICE. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID.

I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REALLY REASONABLE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CAME OUT AS SCHEDULED. HOWEVER, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE USED THIS COMPANY AND THEY DID NOT COME OUT PREPARED EITHER TIME.

I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. I USED THEM A FEW TIMES, AND EACH TIME THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG. THE PRICE WAS FINE, BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS POOR.
