Mr. Basem T was the independent contractor I hired via homeadvisor. His company is "Saint Mary Service Garage Doors". He was extremely honest, reliable, helpful and hardworking. He is one of the best contractors I have ever hired to complete any job in my home. He arrived on time about 45 mins after I put in a request to homeadvisor. So this was an extremely fast service. He gave me a free estimate to repair / install a new garage door opener. We agreed on a price that was very good. I got my garage drum/wire alignment re-done as it was scraping the end of the door making a large noise. He also re-tightened my top spring and oiled all joints of the garage door. The garage door noise during opening and closing was reduced GREATLY and my wife was very happy about that. Finally he replaced my 10-year-old Accesmaster opener (completely dead) with a brand new out of the box chamberlain 1/2 HP chain drive with wi-fi opener. He installed it with ease and programmed it shortly after. He made sure that the garage door opened all the way up clearing the top of the wall also that it closed all the way to the bottom. We tested this many times to make sure it was very precise. During all of this Basem explained to me exactly what he was doing and why he did it and why I needed to have it fixed. At some points he was working very hard as the nuts/screws were jammed being 10 years old and he powered through the work with ease and did not complain. He also installed my wall button and programmed two of my remotes so I had multiple devices to control the opener. It also came with a wifi feature but I have not yet investigated it. He also offered for me to call him in case anything every happened. I found him more honest, open, friendly and customer oriented than anyone I have ever hired. I highly recommend his services and company to anyone. I will definitely tell my friends and family to hire him if they ever have garage door issues. God Bless you Basem and Merry Christmas.

Contractor explained everything that had to be done and completed the work in a timely manner. He was very professional in his work, and the agreed to costs were reasonably priced.

He called back on thanksgivings and was here in 30 minutes and replaced 2 springs and 2 cables and done in 45 minutes. And good price

Basen showed up within 1/2 hr after he called and had replaced both springs, tuned up the door and adjusted the opener in less than 40 minutes. He is very friendly, personable, and a hard worker.
