We would never have managed to do the kind of energy improvements to our house and to get the maximum rebate from PG&E if it had not been for SRG's involvement in the project. SRG conducted the initial energy audit, which showed how we could most cost-effectively make changes that would not only reduce our energy costs but add to the comfort of our home, then drew up a list of options for work that showed how each option would save energy-- and the costs of energy. The options were all very realistic and doable, and we were free to do as many or few as we saw fit. SRG then assisted through finding a qualified contractor and working out the details of the contract. As the work progressed, and questions arose, Carlos Dominguez (owner of SRG) was there for us as our advisor and advocate. As a result, things went smoothly. Finally, Carlos processed the application for rebates on our behalf, and we were approved for the maximum amount. On top of all this, our house has become noticeably more comfortable, and our energy usage has dropped. This would not have been as successful, and it would have been much more difficult for us, if we had not used SRG's services.
