I had them come over first to give me some insight into the coverage of all my sprinkler system. The technician did a very thorough inspection and made several recommendations that didn't cost a dime. He did recommend a new drip system for the backyard and explained all the options completely.

I?m no sprinkler expert, so I had them come out because my sprinkler heads kept popping off. I asked them to suggest something more effective. They suggested a drip system instead of replacing the sprinkler heads. Their quote in my opinion was about $50 off from what they quoted me and what they actually charged me which I was not happy with. I noticed that one area where they took out the sprinkler head but did not install the drip system and ultimately a tree died. I do not know if that was a direct result of the sprinkler system. They did not take the time to install enough extensions to cover all my zones. I am not sure they did a good job, so I am not happy with the work. In researching I found that the drip system was in fact not installed completely as there are no extension lines coming off the main drip line.

I informed Sprinkler Pro that dice I would be moving to a fraught tolerant landscape and irrigation system, I didn't want to invest in any upgrade of my current system. I was pleased with the price quote and the responsiveness of the SpinklerPro technician.

Randy and Matt were great. Arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem, showed me how to use the system properly, set the the run times for optimum use, checked all the sprinkler heads and drippers and adjusted the sprinkler heads. Great service!!!

Great. The new piping system in our front yard looks great. They even presented us with a workable option to make our sprinkler system automatic. They installed a battery powered system that is working great. A little pricey but their work is impeccable. A class act. They spent the time needed to do the job.

The company was very responsive and worked with my schedule to get someone out. I would have liked to have to scheduling be a little more accurate as I took and extra hour off work for the appointment that was not necessary. The work was done quickly, well and for a reasonable price (same price we paid 5 years ago for the same type of repair done by another company). We're also waiting for a quote for more work we may have the company do to make our drip system nearly maintenance free.

Ok...They gave me a complent explanation why there sprinkler heads conserve water the best. They were 60 dollars a sprinkler head. I only had the vales replace because they were leaking water. Couldn't afford 12 sprinkler heads at that time but plan on replacing them before summer.

They made a mess. We were told they would patch and seed holes but they forgot to bring grass seed with them. They dug around back yard and were unable to replace heads there due to galvanized pipes. But, they left the holes! They were supposed to send an invoice detailing what they did since it was different from quote and they never did. Applying the Angies List purchase credit was a hassle too. I won't use them again, but if you do, just be prepared to manage the situation closely.
