We not only understand the inspection side of things, but we are well versed in the real estate transaction buying/selling process. Whether it is a general home inspection or mold/air quality testing, we have you covered. We are not always the lowest cost, but you will get the highest quality! We have the most comprehensive reports in the area. We offer general home inspections on homes of any size including multi-unit apartments, condos and townhouses. We also offer mold inspection and air quality, sampling and analysis. We do not do remediation, as we feel this is a conflict of interest, but we can assist in that process and do post-remediation testing. We are InterNACHI, ASHI and IAC2 Certified. Our reports will be to you the next day and if you have questions or concerns after the inspection, we are there to help no matter what. "Sarah, I am sorry you were not happy with the service. As I mentioned on the phone when we spoke, I was happy to return the property at no cost to you when the items were removed covering the crawlspace and would gladly inspect it. As it states in the pre-inspection agreement you signed, we cannot move personal belongings and normally the buyer agents work with the listing agent to insure the property is ready for the inspection. It is industry standard for them to insure the crawlspace and attic accesses as well as access to the furnace, AC and water heater are provided. Again, I am sincerely sorry you were not happy, I wish you would have given."
"I am sorry, I guess we did not meet your expectations. Your report had 73 pictures and was almost 80 pages long, which by industry standards is much more comprehensive than most inspections plus I stayed at the inspection for over 30 minutes (I was there over 3 hours total) to answer any questions you had and offered walk around the property with you, but I guess we still missed the mark. We would like to have a personal conversation with you to see what we can do to improve."
