The two that came did not speak a word of English and did not understand any instructions I gave them. That was made clear when they used the wrong vacuum piece on a very expensive rug which could have ruined it. The cleaning job overall was mediocre. They wiped down blinds, counters, tables etc. Although missed several spots - looked like they did a quick wipe down. The floors were not cleaned well at all, especially the kitchen floor which still looked visibly dirty and was sticky after they left and I redid it. Due to the language barrier I did not feel I could work with them to communicate my expectations for a clean house.
