It came out good. They were extremely responsive because any time they give you with a concierge and they're over in Las Vegas and they help with billing questions. There is always someone who just picks up the phone and will get right on your spot figured out. It's very, very good. It's so quick.

We don't pay. It's zero down payments. You're renting the stuff. They were very good. They were very professional. They did it and they cleaned up real well. Everything went real smooth. The only thing that was a hold up was waiting for the city for a permit. Merced county is really slow about doing that. Then when they got the permit, they were able to go forward and do the job.
