+ -1 moreI was at Sleep Train in Auburn CA. and noticed a Beautyrest " Black" mattress standing up with an $1,800 dollar price tag on it. The salesman said it had been a floor model but that it had been inspected and considered to be like new. I also asked if all of the warranties would be honored and told, " Yes of course". I bought it within two years I started noticing my back would ache when I woke up. After a few more days of that I pulled the sheets back revealing a large sag near the center of the mattress. At that point I went through the steps opening a claim, took photos with a ruler, etc. and sent it all to corporate. They said it was a floor model and denied my claim. Never again Sleep Train or Beautyrest.
