Window Service
The installers did not follow the Andersen windows instruction nor the building code. In fact, they applied no waterproofing (flashing) whatsoever and covered this up with the trim. Therefore water leaked into my home causing extensive water damage.

Door Service
One door was damaged on delivery. A Sierra View Contractor called Home Depot right away and negotiated the price to be lower. I had three workers here for two full days. They worked really hard but did a sloppy job, basically it was a huge mess, nails in the drive way when they left, smudged up the walls which I had to wash and repaint. They came when they said they would and they did a general sweep.
