Great! I received an estimate over the phone. After I accepted said estimate a representative came over to get the exact measurements. Two weeks later 2 workmen came to install the new door and surrounding glass panels. Everything was done in a professional manner without any problems.

From the very beginning of walking into the showroom our experience was wonderful. Sheila who works in the showroom new her stuff. She did not try to inflate the sale and actually educated us on the difference of  1/2" shower glass to 3/8". The difference is the weight and saved us money. I'm so glad that we went with her recommendation. 
The installer was so nice. He took his time and made sure that everything was perfect before and after the installation. I can not say enough good things about this company. My shower door looks amazing!

They did an excellent job from beginning to end.  They were prompt and professional for both initial estimate and installation.  I obtained three estimates all from firms rated highly on Angie's list and Sierra was by far the most reasonable and could do the work the soonest.

I made an appointment for the installer to come to my home to measure my enclosure, and he was on time and completed the measuring in a timely manner. Within a week and a half, the installer returned - again, at the designated appointment time. He removed my old shower enclosure and replaced it with the new one in less than two hours. The installer was very professional, efficient and friendly. The new shower enclosure looks terrific, and I couldn't be happier. I felt like a valued customer, and I would most definitely recommend this company.
