Shannon's House came to the house and they were great. It's a family owned business and they were nice. The cushions are great. We'll definitely use them again. I was satisfied with the price, we didn't feel it was over priced at all. we'll recommend to call him and work with him, they're great.

Mark Shannon came to my home to see the chair, brought samples of fabric and took the chair with him when he left. Chair and footstools were returned in 2 weeks. Expensive but very well done.

Received personal service from owner Mark Shannon, came and took measurements, we selected custom blinds. Order took only 5 days to fill, Mark called to set up time for installation. Mark installed the blinds himself at the appointed time, removed old blinds and took away. Seamless process, would recommend anytime. We also had pillows on couch refilled that was done the same afternoon. Great personal service.
