Fantastic! A shelf broke in my pantry area which held 2 large bottles of olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and I'm not sure what else-all in glass bottles. I didn't know until the next day when I saw the mix of oil and soy sauce coming through the folding door next to my kitchen. That seep was coming from under the dryer. My washer and dryer are also in that pantry closet! The entire floor in the pantry and everything sitting on it were covered with it, including a bright red 'rag bag' which bled all it's red dye into the mix, and there was broken glass from those bottles everywhere. It did look like a murder scene after the dye mixed with the oil and soy sauce. After doing everything I could think of to clean it up, I was afraid to do my laundry until I knew what was left under the washer and dryer which I could not lift by myself, so I called Servpro. Their job is to clean up messes, whatever they are, and they were terrific! I wish I had called them earlier. They were in and out in under 2 hours and got all the rest of the stuff I couldn't get all cleaned up so I could put back what was salvageable after I had washed everything I already removed to cleanand salvage. This was a huge mess, and without Servpro, I'm not sure what else I could have done to make it clean and safe to run 4 loads of wash I did after they left.
