Installer was punctual, very professional and friendly. I contacted this company several months later to inquire about having the wireless sensors removed and hard wiring to replace it. I was willing to pay for this, but did request a discount for past work. I called and the girl who answered the phone said someone named ''Ed'' would get back to me, and he never did. I phoned several more times and Ed had always ''just stepped out''. Once they have your money, you're history to them. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I am currently trying to get this rectified through ADT's corporate office, who have been much more professional. They mentioned that there have been increasing problems with these independent contractors, which this company is. Once they have installed the system and have you committed to a 2 or 3 year monitoring contract, there is no motivation to treat you right, unless they are just good business people, and the folks at Security Systems Unlimited CLEARLY ARE NOT.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CAME AT THE TIME THAT WE HAD SCHEDULED. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE PAINT ON MY WALLS. THEY HAD A VERY GOOD SPECIAL ON THE PRICE AS WELL.
