They had to come out twice. The first time they did not have the ice maker and though the arm was the issue. That was not the issue and they then decided the ice maker. The technician was really straight forward and competent in his work. He did a nice job and I had no problem contacting the company. It was easy to get them scheduled out for when I needed. The only issues was that Samsung sent out the wrong ice maker for the second repair attempt.

I've used them three or four times. They were very courteous and punctual; they called to let me know when they were coming. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
