"We are very sorry to hear this! We had no idea you were unhappy with the project. What kind of problem are you experiencing with the color? We installed the color you choose. If you're unhappy with the color choice, we can recolor it. Or if there is any discoloration we can easily fix that. We're also unsure by what you mean regarding the lines are not aligned, other than maybe the expansion joints? Which must go in or the concrete is more susceptible to cracking. Again, we had no idea you were unhappy and we feel horrible. If you would like to give us the opportunity to address these issues, we would be more that happy to come out and do that. He does not cut corners and did our yard as it was his own with attention to detail. This is a small family run business so prices are reasonable and he only hires honest and hardworking workers. He is always polite, professional and reliable.

Looks great, thanks so much!", after we came out and fixed the problem. Your project is still under warranty. I wish you would have let us know you were unhappy and giving us a chance to fix any issues. We finished your job in pouring rain and was unaware of any excess dirt or debris that needed to be hauled away as it was mud at the time. Very sorry you feel as if we took advantage of you as this was not the case. If we had known that there was a mess that needed to be cleaned we would definitely have come to clean it.
