Santiago Tree Service

The estimator and crew came a few minutes earlier than expected. I called Santiago's at 9 in the morning and the estimator was able to come less than 90 minutes later. I needed thinning and shaping of a neglected 50' tall chinese elm. The estimator knew what I intended and advised me they would remove much of the canopy. I agreed. The price was very reasonable, plus I had a discount coupon from moneymailer. The crew was able to come 2 hours later and did a great job in about an hour. They were friendly, careful and cleaned up well afterwards. Thinning and shaping takes some skill and I was very disappointed with the previous company I hired to prune this tree. They didn't have the skill and confidence to properly prune the tree. I was completely satisfied and happy with the work by Santiago's. I will call them again for future tree service.

Santiago and his workmen were so professional and fast at what they needed to do. The messy spots that needed cleaning up were so well done that no trace of a clearing was visable. It just looked great like it was supposed to. I forgot to mention to Santiago that our neighbor had a humming bird feeder in a branch that hung over on their side. I was afraid it got lost in all the trimmings but Santiago moved the birdfeeder from our removed tree and put it into on of the neighbor's tree, Thoughtfull things like that makes me want to recommend him to any one who need tree and bush cleaning and I will definately call him again.

They removed 7 trees and palms and cleaned up 3 of them. He was great. I've used him before. Everything was great. They come in, they clean everything, they do exactly what they said they were going to do, they clean up. You wouldn't even know they were there.

Cut my 2 mulberries back to a manageable size. They look great and they no longer pose a hazard to my roof or my tenants' cars. They arrived on time, and started immediately on the job. The crew was efficient, fast, and did a great job. The area was cleaned and they even cleaned up debris they didn't create. Very happy with this provider and will use them again.

These guys were excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They removed a very large tree in front of the house and removed large branches from some large trees in the side yard that was hanging over the roof. They took away all of the wood and shredded it through their shredder, They picked up all debris, and blew all the leaves and left the property in excellent condition. They also grounded down the stump and the roots from the big tree, and removed another stump from the backyard. They were also very courteous and polite. I really do appreciate their professionalism, and their knowledge. Thanks a lot for the great work!!

I've used Santiago before and was happy with his work. He was in the neighborhood doing some work for a neighbor (friend) and dropped by to see if I had any jobs he could do--I did. He and his crew took out the dead trees removed them and left a really clean work site. Iand quot;m happy I chose him to do my work and would hire him again.

Santiago pruned our trees last spring also, in the front and back yards, and removed some bushes for us. This year we just had him do the backyard trees and remove a grapefruit tree. He called me back within an hour of my leaving a message and came the next morning to perform the work. The price was reasonable, I liked the job they did and they cleaned everything up before they left. Highly recommended.

We got an immediate response to a request for estimate. We had called at least three other tree services and were told all kinds of weird things about our tree and how difficult it would be to take it down.
Santiago gave us a fair and reasonable estimate. But that's not the best part. They arrived exactly on time and took that huge baby down without a sound. I mean, I didn't even know they were working on it until I looked outside. They moved anything out of the way that could have been damaged. They did not harm any .... and I mean any .... of the surrounding landscape plantings. They cleaned up every little tiny scrap of wood. They did the whole job in a matter of hours. I thought it was going to take all day. One contractor told me it would take two days. Plus, these people are so nice. Great work from nice people at a fair price. What more can you ask?

The crew of five were on time. they cut out all the shrubs to the ground before grinding out the stumps: privet, photinia,nandina.

two trees in the back lawn were cut down and ground (my wife hated them.) The redwoods were 40 feet tall. They went up30 feet and cleared out the dead and trimmed others. All trim was chipped and hauled away. They also removed the debris from my pool!

All landscaping was 28 years old and huge. I have used them four years ago and now and will use them again.

I called Santiago for a quote, and he was at my house in less than an hour, giving me an estimate much lower than two larger tree service companies. He was able to start the work and quot;first thing the next morning.and quot; Santiago and his crew arrived shortly after 8am, and they were very courteous. When I walked out of the house with my young daughter, the crew stopped their chair saws and allowed us to pass and get into the car before starting up the noisy equipment. They worked quickly, ground my two large tree stumps well below ground without destroying the surrounding grass, and trimmed another tree into a very beautiful shape. I would highly recommend Santiago to anyone who asks, and I will definitely use him again for my next tree service!

This company did a great job an a variety of jobs through out our neighborhood. I asked about ,before having him give me a bid and decided to have him do my tree work. When I am ready for my next and quot;tree joband quot; I'll call Santiago Tree Service.

They did a great job, they were fast and reasonable. It's all positive. The pricing was great, we got some other quotes and those quotes were much higher. The owner was great, he was very polite and gave us a bid on the spot. We didn't really interact with the guys who did the work but they seemed nice and professional. They showed up when they said they would, I was very happy.
