It was just one of those things where you are driving down the highway and one of those trucks or something drives a pebble and it leaves a little dot on your windshield and everyday you see it grow into a crack. I can say they have been able to fix it without replacing the windshield and another time they replaced the windshield. My wife has used them a couple of times and I have used them once or twice . Sometimes I would have to go to a location here in Sacramento and a couple of times they have come and done the whole thing in our driveway. I think everything is overpriced these days. I could not knock them on price usually it is usually like $200. It was a while ago, I can not think of a reason to ding them at all.

It took about a week before an appointment was possible. The work on the windshield was excellent. On time and professional. I would give them an A except I opted to have them replace my wipers. The wiper blades they installed were useless. I have never experienced so much skipping, scraping and shuddering. The blades were very poor quality and/or very old. I needed to replace them. They also removed the factory windshield wiper frame, so if in the future, I wanted dealer installed wiper blades, I will have an added expense. "A" for the windshield and "F" for the wiper blades.

Looked okay from the outside but you can still clearly see the star pattern left by the rock from the inside of the car. This was an insurance claim so I had no out of pocket expense.

I've used them numerous times. They've always been really good. It went through the insurance company, so I paid a $100 deductible on it. They did a great job, they were very professional. It's an excellent company. They left the vehicle as clean as they found it. They didn't leave any junk around.
