Exterior Painting
I haven’t paid him anything yet. He never offered a contract. He didn’t have license or insurance which I didn’t realize how important it is for a house until now. He articulated that he knew what he was doing but in actuality the job that he performed was very sub-standard. He also does not like you questioning his work performance. He does not know how to repair a drywall. All he did was the trim work that he did 2by6 and none of it is level. He took indoor patch repair and tried to patch it up which looked like the woodwork cut straight and level out with finger. He didn’t protect my brand new roof. The over spray and paint was $200 and his comment on that was that it was normal. I would never hire him nor never recommend him. He is awful to deal with.
