SACRAMENTO DELTA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

This Company deserves 0 stars. They called to check my rental references with family member who has no record of my rent payment history or who isn't my landlord. This individual gave out false information about me. After the fact I've never received a denial letter or had any other communication with the Property Manager Desiree or her assistant Penny to why I'd no longer be considered a tenant or signing a lease with Sac Delta Property Management Company. The person they contacted was not truthful about themselves or any information given nor were they allowed by law to give out any information on my behalf. I know for a fact this was illegal and a breach of my personal and confidential information. Very disappointed in this Property Management Company they should have contacted making me aware they received a call via telephone by someone who was not disclosed on my application. I'm writing this review to make others aware of how they are illegally disclosing personal information that could be easily used for theft or fraud.

Excellent and professional

They sent us a professional package. I showed their agent the property. My wife was handling the transaction. She reported that the agent was rude to her when she want to discuss the specific issues she wanted them to handle.
