They were accomodating with my situation of meeting a deadline and professional in every way. The work was thorough and cleanup done thoroughly as well. The price seemed a bit high but for plumbing it may have actually been very reasonable.
The job took around four to five hours.

Value added service: the prior week, at no cost, because a team member was in the area, a plumber stopped in and checked the work I had on my list, which included re-seating 3 toilets. He provided enough information for me to decide to postpone that work until I replace the flooring (at which time it would have to be done again.. duhh!). For the actual work: Glenn was on time. He immediately reviewed an added request [leak under the kitchen sink] and obtained material. He wasted NO time. He was amiable and polite. The work was efficiently accomplished and quality checked. He explained a couple of things he did, left me the instructions for the new irrigation parts and disposal (would have explained them, too, if necessary) He charged for 3 1/2 hours. I don't think he charged me time in picking up material! I am still learning to ask about a senior discount. GOT IT.
